Please plan to arrive at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess by no later than 3:00 PM MST on Friday, October 16th. Note that the hotel is about 30 minutes from the airport.  

For flights, please book your own ticket, send your confirmation, receipt, and your flight reimbursement form to Summer Ugel (sugel@alliedoms.com) and Allied OMS will process a flight reimbursement of up to $400. 

Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) 

No, but ride-share, taxi, and rental car services are all convenient options for transportation.  

Friday evening and Saturday meeting sessions are professional casual: nice jeans, khakis, pants, button-downs, polos, dresses blouses—whatever keeps you comfortable. 

Saturday afternoon closing event is casual. 

We are pleased to welcome your spouses to our Friday night welcome event. If you are a doctor and would like to bring your spouse, you have likely already coordinated with our team. If not, contact us ASAP.
