Aimee Fletcher
As the Director of Strategic Partnerships for Spear, Aimee Fletcher works with the executive stakeholders of dental organizations to develop professional growth programs for their clinicians and team members. Her expertise in curriculum development includes 20 years of teaching continuing education courses with a focus on dental practice growth, customer service, and finance. Fletcher has also served as a Spear Study Club advisor and marketing manager, giving her a deep understanding of Spear’s educational principles.
Dr. Nathan Brown, MD, DMD
Dr. Brown, was raised on a farm in rural Alabama and was inspired from an early age to pursue a career in healthcare. He discovered oral and maxillofacial surgery during medical school and was drawn to the specialty for its unique combination of complex trauma care, surgical procedures, and everyday patient care.
Dr. Brown earned his medical degree in 2005 and Doctor of Dental Medicine degree in 2008 from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, where he also completed his oral and maxillofacial surgery residency. His training encompassed the full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery, including dentoalveolar surgery, implant surgery, bone grafting, orthognathic surgery, trauma and reconstructive surgery, pathology, aesthetic surgery, and TMJ surgery. He also received extensive training in anesthesia and office-based sedation.
Following residency, Dr. Brown served as an Assistant Professor at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, where he taught and mentored residents and students and served as course master for Principles of Medicine. He has been practicing in the Northshore area of Louisiana since 2012 and remains committed to education, mentorship, and delivering personalized surgical care.
Outside of surgery, Dr. Brown enjoys spending time with his wife, Alex, and their three daughters. He is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys bass fishing, bird hunting, and exploring the Louisiana’s Northshore community.
Dr. Edward “TJ” Collins, DDS
Dr. Collins is a board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon serving the Michiana community. A lifelong Hoosier at heart, Dr. Collins completed his undergraduate and graduate education at Indiana University and Purdue University, earning his master’s degree in 2005. He went on to earn his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Indiana University School of Dentistry in 2010.
Dr. Collins completed his four-year residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Illinois at Chicago, where he trained alongside many nationally recognized surgeons. He earned his oral and maxillofacial surgery degree in 2014 and became a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery shortly thereafter.
Dr. Collins practices the full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery, with particular interests in full-mouth reconstruction with dental implants, orthognathic surgery, bone grafting, and oral pathology. He is actively involved in professional organizations and community service, including volunteer work with the Sister Maura Brannick Health Center in South Bend.
Outside of surgery, Dr. Collins enjoys spending time with his wife and children, playing hockey, and working in the yard.
Dr. Robert Wolf, DDS
Dr. Wolf was raised in the northern suburbs of Chicago and attended the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign before earning his dental degree from the University of Illinois College of Dentistry in 2005. Following dental school, Dr. Wolf completed his residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at John H. Stroger Jr. Hospital of Cook County in Chicago from 2005–2009. He was fortunate to practice alongside his father, Dr. Mark R. Wolf, until his father’s retirement in 2018. Today,
Dr. Wolf is proud to carry forward his father’s legacy of patient-focused kindness and compassionate care.
Dr. Wolf practices alongside Drs. VanOven and Moorehead at AOMS and brings a strong commitment to patient care, surgical excellence, and the continued growth of the specialty.
Outside of practice, Dr. Wolf enjoys spending time with his wife and their two daughters. The family lives in the western suburbs of Chicago with their Goldendoodle.
